1. The offer will be valid for all Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card Cardmembers.
2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.
3. Only 50% of the discounted room rate will be debited to the Cardmember at the time of reservation & the balance should be settled at the hotel from the same card by the Cardmember.
4. Reservations to be made in advance and will be confirmed on availability.
5. The maximum per booking should not exceed four (4) nights per card.
6. Discount will not be applicable on extras and supplements.
7. Offer is not valid for corporate events / functions and on-line transactions.
8. Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
9. Offer will be valid on published local rates and will not apply on any special rates.
10. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardmember directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardmember against the partner will not relieve the Cardmember from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
